Share Plazza has secured US$15 million in a Series A funding round, marking a major milestone in its mission to transform medicine delivery through artificial intelligence and hyperlocal pharmacy infrastructure. The funding round was co-led by Accel, Elevation Capital, and Nexus Venture Partners, with continued participation from existing investors All In Capital and Better Capital. The company plans to use the fresh capital to expand its pharmacy network, strengthen its AI-driven inventory and assortment intelligence, enhance operational capabilities, and enter new markets across India. Founded in 2024 by Aman Priyadarshi, Plazza operates a pharmacy-first quick commerce model that combines neighbourhood pharmacies with AI-powered inventory management to deliver medicines within 15–30 minutes. Unlike conventional pharmacies that typically stock around 5,000 medicines, Plazza’s stores carry more than 40,000 SKUs, enabling prescription fulfilment rates exceeding 95% by analysing neighbourhood-level prescribing patterns through artificial intelligence. The company currently operates a small network of stores in Bengaluru and plans to launch around 10 additional outlets over the coming weeks, reaching approximately 20 stores in the city by the end of 2026. Over the next three to four years, Plazza aims to build a nationwide network of more than 3,000 stores, making rapid medicine delivery more accessible across India. The latest investment highlights growing investor confidence in AI-powered healthcare and pharmacy technology. By combining intelligent inventory planning with rapid fulfilment, Plazza aims to improve medicine availability, reduce stock shortages, and create a more reliable pharmacy experience for patients while strengthening India’s evolving digital healthcare ecosystem.
