Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting has announced the acquisition of Good Home and Eva brands from TTK Healthcare Limited for ₹256 crore, marking another significant milestone in its strategy to expand its presence across India’s fast-growing home care and personal care markets.

The transaction, which is expected to close by September 30, 2026, subject to customary approvals, is Wipro Consumer Care’s 17th acquisition. Together, Good Home and Eva generated ₹148 crore in revenue during FY26, contributing approximately 17% of TTK Healthcare’s total turnover.

Good Home is a trusted household care brand offering products across air care, odour removers, scrubbers, and drain cleaners, while Eva is a well-known personal care brand with a portfolio that includes deodorant body sprays, no-gas perfumes, underarm roll-ons, and talcum powders. Wipro plans to preserve the identity of both brands while leveraging its manufacturing, research and development, marketing, and distribution capabilities to expand their reach and introduce new innovations.

Commenting on the acquisition, Kumar Chander, CEO of Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting and Managing Director of Wipro Enterprises, said the deal strengthens the company’s home care and personal care portfolio while expanding its presence in categories with strong long-term consumer demand. The acquisition follows Wipro Consumer Care International’s recent purchase of Philippines-based S Brands, highlighting the company’s continued focus on strategic acquisitions to drive growth.

For TTK Healthcare, the divestment allows the company to sharpen its focus on its core healthcare and pharmaceutical businesses while enabling Good Home and Eva to scale further under Wipro’s FMCG expertise. The acquisition reinforces Wipro Consumer Care’s long-term vision of building a diversified, innovation-led consumer goods portfolio through a combination of organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
