VLCC Appoints Geetika Hans as CHRO to Lead People Strategy

VLCC has appointed Geetika Hans as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), strengthening its leadership team as the company prepares for its next phase of growth and expansion.

In her new role, Hans will lead the organisation’s people and culture agenda, focusing on talent architecture, leadership development, and organisational effectiveness. She will work closely with the leadership team to align workforce strategy with business priorities and build high-performance systems across the company.

Hans brings over 18 years of experience in human resources, having worked across global and high-growth organisations. Most recently, she served as Chief People Officer at MPS Limited, where she led people strategy for a global workforce of more than 3,000 employees.

Prior to that, she held senior HR leadership roles at OYO and Accenture, gaining extensive experience in talent transformation, organisational change, and scaling workforce capabilities.

Her appointment comes at a time when VLCC is expanding across geographies and diversifying its service offerings. The company is increasingly focusing on strengthening organisational capability, enhancing frontline talent, and building leadership depth to support its growth ambitions.

With Hans at the helm of HR, VLCC is expected to further strengthen its people strategy, ensuring organisational readiness and workforce agility as key drivers of sustainable growth.
