Enterprise AI company Tenarai, formerly known as Infogain, has appointed Gaurav Chadha as its Chief Business Officer, strengthening its leadership team as the company expands its global enterprise AI ambitions.

In his new role, Chadha will lead Tenarai’s global commercial agenda, overseeing go-to-market strategy, strategic customer relationships, new business opportunities and large-scale deal pursuits.

The appointment comes as enterprises around the world move beyond AI experimentation and increasingly focus on implementing artificial intelligence solutions that can deliver measurable business outcomes.

Leading Tenarai’s Global Commercial Strategy

As Chief Business Officer, Chadha will be responsible for bringing together multiple elements of Tenarai’s commercial and delivery strategy.

His mandate includes aligning the company’s:

  • Global go-to-market strategy
  • Strategic accounts
  • New business development
  • Large-deal pursuits
  • Solutions capabilities
  • Delivery expertise

The focus will be on building an integrated commercial approach that helps enterprises navigate increasingly complex AI adoption journeys.

As AI becomes more deeply embedded into business operations, technology companies are under growing pressure to demonstrate practical outcomes rather than simply offer AI capabilities. This has increased the importance of leaders who can connect technology strategy with customer priorities and commercial execution.

Chadha’s role will therefore be central to Tenarai’s efforts to expand its enterprise AI business and strengthen relationships with global clients.

Chadha Brings Global Technology Leadership Experience

Chadha joins Tenarai from Accenture, where he most recently served as Global Technology Lead for Software and Platforms.

During his career, he has built experience across enterprise technology, commercial strategy, global technology ecosystems and complex business opportunities.

Before Accenture, Chadha held senior leadership roles at Wipro, including Senior Vice President and Global Head of the Technology and Insurance practices.

He was also part of Wipro’s executive committee, giving him exposure to large-scale business leadership and global operating environments.

His professional experience spans several areas, including:

  • Enterprise technology services
  • Global go-to-market strategy
  • Hyperscaler ecosystems
  • Strategic account management
  • Complex global deals
  • Commercial growth
  • Technology consulting

This combination of business and technology leadership experience is expected to support Tenarai as it works to expand its enterprise customer base.

Focus on Customer Outcomes and AI Adoption

Chadha said his focus would be on developing a more integrated commercial engine centred on customer outcomes.

His appointment reflects a broader shift taking place across the enterprise AI market.

Companies are increasingly moving from pilot projects and experimentation towards larger AI deployments. However, scaling these initiatives often requires organisations to connect AI capabilities with business context, technology infrastructure, industry requirements and measurable outcomes.

For AI services and technology companies, this creates a growing need for leaders who understand both the commercial and technical sides of enterprise transformation.

Tenarai has positioned its approach around helping enterprises accelerate AI adoption with industry expertise, speed and a human-centred approach.

Building Leadership for the Next Phase of Growth

The appointment of Chadha follows other leadership developments at Tenarai.

Earlier this year, the company added Shashank Samant as Chair of its board, further strengthening its leadership structure.

Tenarai is also expanding its partnerships across the enterprise technology and AI ecosystem. Its technology collaborations include organisations such as Databricks, Anthropic, Salesforce, Adobe, Google Cloud and ElevenLabs.

These partnerships reflect the increasingly interconnected nature of enterprise AI, where companies often need to combine cloud infrastructure, data platforms, AI models, enterprise applications and specialised solutions.

A stronger commercial and business leadership structure will be important as Tenarai works across this expanding ecosystem.

Enterprise AI Market Moves Towards Scale

The enterprise AI market is entering a more execution-focused phase.

While the initial wave of generative AI adoption centred on experimentation and pilot projects, organisations are now increasingly evaluating how AI can be integrated into core business functions and technology environments.

This transition is creating demand for technology partners that can support the entire journey—from identifying business use cases to designing solutions, implementing technology and scaling adoption.

For companies such as Tenarai, the challenge is not only developing AI capabilities but also creating a strong commercial and delivery model that can address complex enterprise requirements.

Strengthening the Commercial Engine

Gaurav Chadha’s appointment as Chief Business Officer signals Tenarai’s focus on building the leadership capabilities needed for its next stage of growth.

With experience at Accenture and Wipro, Chadha brings a background in global technology services, large-scale client relationships and complex commercial execution.

As Tenarai continues to position itself in the enterprise AI market, his mandate will focus on strengthening the connection between the company’s strategy, solutions, delivery capabilities and customer needs.

The appointment comes at a time when the enterprise AI industry is shifting rapidly from experimentation towards implementation at scale, making commercial execution and customer outcomes increasingly important differentiators.
