Over the years, Budhiraja has held multiple HR leadership roles within the organisation, including Human Resources Business Partner for Ad Sales, steadily progressing through the ranks. Her journey reflects a strong track record in HR business partnering and organisational development within the media and entertainment sector.

With nearly 18 years of professional experience, she brings expertise across HR strategy, workforce management, and diversity initiatives. Prior to joining Sony Pictures Networks India, Budhiraja worked at Reliance Communications as Deputy Manager, where she gained early experience in human resources and employee management.
