Kapiva has appointed Arsh Rachit as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), strengthening its leadership team as the Ayurvedic wellness brand enters its next phase of growth. In this role, Rachit will lead the company’s people strategy, talent development, organisational culture, leadership development, and HR transformation initiatives, helping build a high-performing workforce aligned with Kapiva’s long-term business ambitions.

Rachit joins Kapiva after an extensive tenure at PhonePe, where he most recently served as Head – HR Centres of Excellence & International HR. He led key functions including compensation and benefits, employer branding, HR operations, HR systems, HR products, and talent management, while also contributing to the company’s global people strategy. Earlier, as Head – HR Business Partner, he partnered closely with business leaders across multiple verticals to align talent strategies with business growth.

With more than 16 years of HR leadership experience, Rachit has held senior roles across several leading organisations, including Gap Inc. Technologies, where he established and scaled the company’s Global Capability Centre in India, GE Appliances, Standard Chartered Bank, PepsiCo, GSK Consumer Healthcare, and Hero Honda Motors. His expertise spans organisational development, HR transformation, talent acquisition, leadership capability building, compensation strategy, and workforce planning.

As Kapiva continues expanding its footprint in the wellness sector, the company is investing in strengthening its leadership bench and organisational capabilities. Arsh Rachit’s appointment underscores Kapiva’s commitment to building a future-ready workforce, fostering a strong organisational culture, and supporting sustainable business growth through strategic people leadership.
