Share InvoiceCloud has appointed Sharon Joy as Head of Human Resources, India, strengthening its people leadership as the company expands its Hyderabad Global Capability Centre (GCC). Based in Hyderabad, Joy will lead the centre’s people function, overseeing talent, leadership, culture and employee experience as the India operation continues to grow. Joy will work closely with Biju Davis, Senior Vice President and India Site Leader, and Jessi Marcoff, Chief People Officer at InvoiceCloud’s Boston headquarters. Her mandate will include developing the HR strategy for the expanding India operations, which are growing across technology, product development and operations. With more than 20 years of HR experience, Joy brings a background spanning technology, consulting, financial services and product-led organisations. Before joining InvoiceCloud, she spent more than six years at Centime Inc. as Senior Director of Human Resources, where she led HR across India and the United States. Earlier in her career, she held roles at Cognizant, Optum Global Solutions, Virtusa, DXC Technology and Tech Mahindra. Her experience covers talent strategy, employee lifecycle management, diversity and inclusion, HR operations and leadership development, along with working with teams across India, the US, Ireland and the Philippines. This international exposure is expected to support InvoiceCloud as it develops its Hyderabad GCC into a deeper technology and innovation hub. InvoiceCloud is continuing to build its India workforce, with hiring expected to focus on product, engineering, AI and specialised technology roles. Joy’s appointment therefore comes at an important stage in the company’s India expansion, placing people strategy and culture at the centre of its efforts to build a high-performing and future-ready GCC.
