Epigamia is preparing for its next phase of growth with plans to double its production capacity while significantly expanding its retail presence across India. The premium dairy and healthy snacking brand, owned by Drums Food International, aims to increase its reach from approximately 20,000 retail outlets to 35,000 outlets by 2027, reflecting growing consumer demand for nutritious, protein-rich, and value-added dairy products.

To support this expansion, the company is investing in additional manufacturing capacity and strengthening its distribution network. The increased production capability will enable Epigamia to meet rising demand across key product categories, including yogurt, Greek yogurt, curd, smoothies, milkshakes, and protein-based snacks, while maintaining product quality and supply consistency.

The expansion strategy also focuses on deepening the brand’s presence across modern retail, general trade, and fast-growing quick commerce platforms, allowing the company to reach a wider consumer base. Alongside geographic expansion, Epigamia continues to invest in product innovation to cater to evolving consumer preferences for healthier, convenient, and protein-enriched food options.

As India’s health and wellness food segment continues to grow, Epigamia’s investment in manufacturing, distribution, and innovation positions the company for sustained long-term growth. By scaling production and expanding its retail footprint, the brand aims to strengthen its leadership in the premium dairy category while making its products more accessible to consumers across the country.
