Share Dabur India has promoted Binit Kumar to Head of Marketing for its Health Supplements, Hydration & Baby Care business, marking an important internal leadership move as the FMCG company strengthens its focus on high-growth consumer health categories. After successfully leading the oral care portfolio for four years, Kumar will now oversee marketing for a broader portfolio that plays a key role in Dabur’s long-term growth strategy. During his tenure in the oral care business, Kumar led marketing for flagship brands including Dabur Red, Meswak, Herb’l Charcoal, and Dabur BaeFresh. He was instrumental in driving campaigns such as Chaubey Ji, Desh Ke Laal, the Switch to Fluoride Free initiative, and the #BlackForWhite campaign, helping modernise the portfolio and strengthen consumer trust. Kumar joined Dabur in 2022 after holding leadership roles at Zydus Wellness, Coty, and Procter & Gamble. With more than 16 years of experience across brand management, consumer marketing, and business strategy, he has built a strong reputation for creating impactful campaigns and driving category growth within the FMCG sector. In his expanded role, Kumar will lead marketing for Dabur’s Health Supplements, Hydration, and Baby Care businesses, focusing on accelerating brand growth, strengthening consumer engagement, and expanding the company’s presence across key wellness categories.
