Tanu Sinha joins Unilever from PepsiCo, where she most recently served as Head of Design. During her tenure, she led design initiatives across major brands, driving innovation in packaging, visual identity, and consumer engagement. With more than two decades of experience, she has also held leadership roles at Landor & Fitch, YAAP, and Elephant Design, building expertise across branding, strategic design, and creative transformation. In her new role, Sinha will lead Unilever India’s design function, working across the company’s portfolio of home care, personal care, beauty, nutrition, and wellness brands. She will be responsible for shaping design strategy, strengthening brand identities, and integrating creativity into product innovation while delivering meaningful consumer experiences across multiple touchpoints.
