Apple Partner Consolidated Appoints Rohith Kumar as CHRO

Consolidated, one of India’s leading Apple-authorised partners, has appointed Rohith Kumar as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In his new role, Kumar will lead the company’s people strategy across its iPlanet Stores & Service Centres, as well as its Enterprise and Education business verticals, supporting an ambitious business expansion plan aimed at achieving fivefold growth over the next few years.

Rohith Kumar joins Consolidated with more than 18 years of experience in human resources across retail, consumer electronics, apparel, food & grocery, and quick-service restaurants. Most recently, he served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Arvind Fashions Limited. Earlier in his career, he held key leadership positions as Chief People Officer at Hardcastle Restaurants (McDonald’s West & South India), Head of HR at SPAR India (Landmark Group), and spent nearly a decade leading Retail HR at Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail.

Announcing his appointment, Kumar highlighted Consolidated’s ambitious growth vision, stating that employee focus would remain central to the company’s journey as it expands its presence across Apple’s retail ecosystem in India. He emphasised the organisation’s commitment to becoming not only India’s leading Apple partner but also one of the country’s best employers by investing in talent, culture, and leadership development.

As CHRO, Rohith Kumar will spearhead talent strategy, organisational development, leadership capability, employee experience, and workforce planning while partnering closely with the leadership team to support Consolidated’s long-term business objectives. His appointment reflects the company’s continued investment in strengthening its people function as it scales operations across retail, enterprise, and education businesses in India.
