Share Arvind Limited has appointed Vaibhav Raghuvanshi as Head of Human Resources Centres of Excellence, strengthening its leadership team as it sharpens focus on talent and organisational capability. In his new role, Raghuvanshi will oversee key HR verticals including talent management, organisation development, and learning and development. These functions are central to building scalable workforce capabilities and aligning people strategy with the company’s growth agenda. He joins Arvind Limited from Aditya Birla Health Insurance Company Limited, where he served as Head of Talent and Organisation Effectiveness. In that role, he led enterprise-wide initiatives across talent strategy, succession planning, capability building, and cultural transformation. Raghuvanshi brings diverse leadership experience across sectors, having previously held roles at Schindler India, Mahindra Group, Deloitte, and Future Group. His career has been focused on HR transformation, workforce planning, leadership development, and organisational effectiveness. An alumnus of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, he also holds certifications in strategy execution from the Indian Institutes of Management Ahmedabad and Indore. The appointment comes at a time when organisations are placing increasing emphasis on integrated talent strategies and agile organisational structures to stay competitive. With responsibility for core HR centres of excellence, Raghuvanshi is expected to play a key role in building future-ready talent frameworks and strengthening organisational capability at Arvind Limited.
