Share UPL Corp has appointed Saurabh Bhasin as Chief Human Resources Officer, strengthening its global leadership team as the company enters its next phase of growth. The appointment marks an internal elevation for Bhasin, who has been with the organisation since 2015. In his new role, he will lead UPL Corp’s global people and culture agenda, working closely with the executive leadership team to build organisational capability and support expansion across markets. Bhasin brings over 16 years of experience in human resources across multiple geographies. Most recently, he led HR for North America, Latin America, and global research and development functions, supporting business operations contributing over $1.5 billion in revenue.
