Share Aggreko has appointed Harshvardhan Singh Solanki as Talent Acquisition Leader – AMEAPAC, strengthening its regional talent acquisition leadership as the company continues to focus on building effective hiring and talent attraction strategies across the region. In his new role, Solanki will lead talent acquisition and attraction initiatives across the AMEAPAC region, with a focus on strengthening talent strategies, driving effective hiring practices and supporting the organisation’s broader people agenda. He brings more than 15 years of experience across talent acquisition, HR operations, employer branding and people leadership, with experience spanning regional and global organisations. Over seven years of experience at Maersk Prior to joining Aggreko, Solanki spent more than seven years with A.P. Moller – Maersk, where he held leadership roles across regional talent acquisition and talent attraction. During his tenure, he gained extensive experience in managing recruitment strategies and talent initiatives across different markets, while working on regional hiring and attraction mandates. His experience at Maersk further strengthened his expertise in building talent acquisition capabilities within large, global organisations. Experience across technology, telecom and HR Before Maersk, Solanki was associated with Infobip and Infosys, adding experience across technology and global business environments. Earlier in his career, he held HR and recruitment roles with Vodafone, Capita IT Services and Sellcraft Global Technology Solutions.
