Mankind Pharma Promotes Jijo Raju to Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Mankind Pharma has promoted Jijo Raju to Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing, strengthening its commercial leadership team with a pharmaceutical industry veteran who brings more than two decades of experience across sales, marketing, brand management, market planning and business strategy.

Raju has been with Mankind Pharma since 2024, during which he has led the company’s Life Mankind, Star Mankind and Femicare divisions. His elevation comes as the pharmaceutical company continues to strengthen its brands and commercial operations across its portfolio.

Two decades of pharmaceutical industry experience

Raju brings extensive experience across the pharmaceutical sector, with a career spanning sales leadership, product management, marketing strategy, brand development and business growth.

Before joining Mankind Pharma, he served as Associate Vice President at Alkem Laboratories, where he gained further experience in pharmaceutical business and commercial leadership.

Earlier, Raju spent nearly 12 years at Cipla, holding leadership positions across product management, respiratory marketing, sales and marketing. His tenure at Cipla gave him exposure to multiple aspects of pharmaceutical brand building and commercial strategy.

Since joining Mankind Pharma in 2024, Raju has been responsible for leading the Life Mankind, Star Mankind and Femicare divisions.
