Wow! Momo has appointed Rituparna Sengupta as Pan India Talent Acquisition Head and Corporate HR Manager, as the quick service restaurant brand strengthens its people function to support continued expansion.

In her new role, Sengupta will lead talent acquisition across India while also contributing to broader HR priorities, including culture and organisational effectiveness. Her mandate spans building scalable hiring frameworks, aligning recruitment strategies with business growth, enhancing employer branding, and enabling high-performance teams across locations.

She brings significant experience in large-scale recruitment and talent transformation. Prior to joining Wow! Momo, she spent nearly seven years at ANMOL INDUSTRIES LIMITED as Talent Acquisition Head, where she led hiring initiatives, improved recruitment efficiency, and built stronger talent pipelines to support business growth. Earlier, she worked with Senplacement Pvt Ltd and adeo consultancy pvt ltd, gaining experience in recruitment, client management, and HR operations. She began her career at Suvidha Placements Limited, focusing on hiring within the financial services sector.

Sengupta holds a Master of Human Resources from NMIMS CDOE and a Master’s degree in Economics from University of Calcutta, equipping her with a strong foundation in workforce planning and organisational development.

Founded in Kolkata, Wow! Momo has grown from a single kiosk to over 500 outlets across major Indian cities, establishing itself as one of the largest momo chains in the country. Known for its product innovation and customer-centric approach, the brand continues to expand its footprint across urban markets.

This appointment highlights the company’s focus on strengthening workforce planning and talent strategy as it enters its next phase of growth. As expansion accelerates, aligning hiring with business ambition and maintaining consistency across locations will be key priorities for the organisation.
