SYSTRA India has appointed Renu Bohra as Chief Human Resources Officer, bringing on board a seasoned HR leader with more than three decades of experience across complex and people-intensive organisations.

Throughout her career, Bohra has worked closely with CEOs and senior leadership teams on culture transformation, organisational capability, succession planning, and long-term talent sustainability initiatives. Her expertise spans leadership development, workforce management, and aligning people strategy with business outcomes, particularly during periods of organisational growth and transition.

Before joining SYSTRA India, Bohra served as CHRO at National Engineering Industries Ltd. (NBC Bearings). Prior to that, she spent over 13 years at DB Schenker, where she held multiple senior leadership positions including Chief People Officer, Senior Director HR, and Director Human Resources. During her tenure, she led initiatives focused on change management, capability development, organisational design, and high-performance culture building.

Her earlier experience includes leadership roles at Blue Star Limited, HSCC (India) Limited, Bharat Aluminium Company Limited, and National Aluminium Company Limited, where she built strong expertise across industrial relations, talent management, employee engagement, and HR transformation.

Bohra has consistently focused on building leadership depth, strengthening succession pipelines, and embedding sustainable people practices into organisational strategy. She has also expressed strong interest in governance-led people management, particularly around leadership continuity, culture risks, and long-term value creation.

Her appointment comes at a time when organisations are increasingly prioritising workforce resilience, leadership capability, and culture transformation as key drivers of business performance. At SYSTRA India, Bohra is expected to play a critical role in shaping the company’s people and culture vision while supporting long-term organisational growth.

With infrastructure and mobility sectors undergoing rapid transformation, the addition of an experienced HR leader signals the company’s continued investment in talent, leadership, and organisational capability as strategic priorities.
