Share HiLITE Group has begun construction of YOO Hub Trivandrum, a ₹300 crore premium IT workspace at Technopark Phase III that is expected to create more than 5,000 direct employment opportunities while strengthening Kerala’s growing technology ecosystem. Developed in partnership with internationally renowned design brand YOO and International Workplace Group (IWG), the project is being positioned as India’s first branded IT workspace. The groundbreaking ceremony marks a significant milestone in Kerala’s ambition to become a leading destination for technology, innovation, and global capability centres. Spread across more than 5 lakh square feet on 1.88 acres, the development will feature 18 floors of premium office space designed for multinational corporations, AI companies, technology firms, startups, research organisations, and global capability centres. The project combines international design standards with flexible, future-ready workspaces tailored to evolving business needs. According to the company, the project is expected to generate over 5,000 direct jobs, providing a major boost to Kerala’s digital economy and expanding employment opportunities for skilled technology professionals. State leaders also highlighted the project’s potential to attract global investments and reinforce Technopark’s position as one of India’s leading IT destinations. YOO Hub Trivandrum reflects HiLITE Group’s broader vision of building world-class commercial infrastructure that supports innovation, entrepreneurship, and long-term economic growth.
