Bajaj Electricals Appoints Krishnan Sundaram as Chief Growth & New Business Officer

Bajaj Electricals has appointed Krishnan Sundaram as Chief Growth & New Business Officer, effective August 11, 2026. The appointment comes as the company looks to expand its business portfolio, identify new opportunities and build additional avenues for sustainable growth.

In his new role, Sundaram will drive Bajaj Electricals’ new business strategy and focus on identifying opportunities to expand the company’s portfolio and strengthen its growth pipeline. His mandate will include exploring new categories, driving innovation and building businesses that can contribute to the company’s long-term growth.

Sundaram brings more than 26 years of experience across business management, growth strategy, marketing, innovation, category creation and P&L leadership. Before joining Bajaj Electricals, he served as Chief Executive Officer at Vini Cosmetics. Earlier, he spent more than two decades with Hindustan Unilever and Unilever, holding leadership positions across India and international markets.

His experience in building consumer businesses and developing new categories is expected to strengthen Bajaj Electricals’ efforts to identify and scale emerging opportunities. The company is looking to combine its established portfolio with new growth initiatives as consumer preferences and market dynamics continue to evolve.
