Tringbox, an AI-first music technology startup, has secured ₹5 crore in seed funding as it looks to scale its intelligent in-store music platform across India.

The funding round was led by Nikhil Gandhi through GIPL and saw participation from additional investors who are betting on the growing intersection of artificial intelligence, neuroscience, and customer experience technologies. The fresh capital will be used to strengthen product development, expand market reach, and accelerate the adoption of AI-powered music intelligence solutions.

Tringbox has developed a platform that goes beyond traditional playlists by using artificial intelligence and real-time environmental data to create adaptive music experiences for commercial spaces. The company’s technology is designed for retail stores, cafés, gyms, offices, salons, and other customer-facing environments where ambience plays a key role in engagement and experience.

As businesses increasingly focus on personalized customer experiences, intelligent audio solutions are emerging as a new category within the broader AI ecosystem. Tringbox aims to position itself at the forefront of this shift by helping organizations create dynamic sound environments that respond to changing conditions and customer behavior.

The investment highlights growing investor interest in AI-driven startups that are applying advanced technologies to everyday business challenges. Beyond improving customer experiences, AI-powered platforms are also creating new opportunities for businesses to optimize engagement, strengthen brand identity, and differentiate themselves in competitive markets.

With fresh funding in place, Tringbox is expected to invest further in technology innovation, talent acquisition, and business expansion as it works toward building the next generation of intelligent audio infrastructure for commercial spaces across India.
