VAHDAM India has elevated Akhil Arora as Chief Business Officer – UK & Europe, strengthening its leadership team as the company sharpens its focus on expanding across one of its fastest-growing international markets. The elevation reflects the brand’s strategy of building the UK and Europe into one of its largest global business regions while deepening consumer engagement and accelerating sustainable growth. Arora will have complete ownership of the region’s strategy, growth, profitability, and P&L.

In his expanded role, Arora will oversee all aspects of VAHDAM India’s UK and Europe operations, including direct-to-consumer business, online marketplaces, offline retail, distribution, pricing strategy, supply chain alignment, brand building, working capital efficiency, and the development of high-performing regional teams. His mandate also includes driving category expansion, consumer acquisition, and strategic partnerships to strengthen the company’s presence across the region.

An alumnus of IIT Jodhpur, Arora joined VAHDAM India in 2018 as Senior Business Analyst to the CEO and has played a key role in building and scaling the company’s global online business through multiple leadership positions. Announcing the elevation, Founder and CEO Bala Sarda said Arora has been instrumental in the company’s growth and will play a critical role as VAHDAM transitions towards a geography-led organisation, with the UK and Europe emerging as strategic growth markets.

The elevation underscores VAHDAM India’s continued investment in leadership development as it strengthens its global footprint. With rising international demand for wellness products and digital-first commerce, the company is positioning itself to accelerate growth across Europe while building a consumer-centric, locally relevant, and profitable business. Under Akhil Arora’s leadership, the UK and Europe are expected to become key pillars of VAHDAM India’s long-term global expansion strategy.
