Jubilant FoodWorks has appointed Vandana Negi as Head of Learning & Development, strengthening the company’s focus on employee capability, talent development and future-ready skills.

Negi brings more than two decades of experience in learning and development, talent management and organisational capability building. Her career has focused on helping organisations develop talent, strengthen leadership capabilities and create learning strategies aligned with evolving business needs.

Before this appointment, Negi served as Talent & Development Head at NIIT, where she worked across learning transformation and capability development. At Jubilant FoodWorks, Negi will lead the company’s Learning & Development agenda, with a focus on strengthening employee capabilities and building a workforce equipped for changing business and industry requirements.

The role comes at a time when corporate learning is increasingly moving beyond conventional training programmes. Organisations are placing greater emphasis on continuous capability building, practical skill development, coaching, mentorship and learning that directly supports business performance.

AI and digital transformation are also reshaping the skills organisations require. For L&D leaders, this has increased the focus on AI fluency, critical thinking, strategic decision-making and adaptability alongside traditional functional skills.

Her appointment reinforces the growing strategic role of Learning & Development in building organisational capability, preparing employees for emerging skills and supporting long-term business growth.
