ERAM Appoints Alok Kumar as CEO of HCM India

ERAM Holdings has appointed Alok Kumar as Chief Executive Officer of its Human Capital Management (HCM) business in India, as the Saudi-headquartered conglomerate looks to strengthen its presence in the human capital and workforce solutions sector. The appointment comes as ERAM expands its HCM operations across India and international markets.

Kumar joins ERAM Holdings after serving as Chief Executive Officer of NSDC International, where he was involved in initiatives focused on international workforce mobility and developing pathways for skilled Indian professionals to access global employment opportunities. His experience spans human capital, workforce development and international talent mobility.

In his new role, Kumar will lead ERAM’s HCM business in India and contribute to the company’s broader global growth strategy. His mandate will involve strengthening the organisation’s human capital capabilities and expanding its workforce solutions across key markets.
