Since joining Airtel in 2018, Gupta has held several progressive leadership roles, including Diversity and Inclusion Lead, Senior Manager – HR Business Partner, Manager – HR Business Partner, Manager – Talent Acquisition, and Talent Acquisition Lead. Before Airtel, she spent nearly three years at Aircel in corporate HR and talent management and began her professional career as a Management Trainee at KPMG India. In her expanded role, Gupta will lead Airtel’s employee experience strategy and people services agenda.
