Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced a global strategic partnership with Anthropic that will enable 50,000 associates to use Claude AI as part of the company’s enterprise-wide AI transformation initiative. The rollout will cover employees across engineering, finance, legal, marketing, and sales functions, helping build AI capabilities at scale across the organization.

As a Global Premier Partner in Anthropic’s Claude Partner Network, TCS will gain early access to Claude models and establish a dedicated business unit focused on delivering AI-led solutions for enterprise customers. The collaboration is designed to help organizations move beyond AI experimentation and deploy production-ready solutions in highly regulated industries.

The partnership will focus on sectors including financial services, healthcare, life sciences, public services, aviation, telecommunications, and medtech. By combining Anthropic’s AI capabilities with TCS’s industry expertise, governance frameworks, and implementation experience, the companies aim to accelerate large-scale AI adoption across enterprises.

Beyond workforce enablement, TCS plans to integrate Claude into its products, platforms, and domain-specific solutions. The company expects the initiative to strengthen its AI expertise while supporting clients in deploying trusted and scalable AI solutions.
