Procter & Gamble Appoints Ashish Doneria as Senior Director & Plant Manager – Ahmedabad

Procter & Gamble (P&G) has appointed Ashish Doneria as Senior Director and Plant Manager – Ahmedabad, strengthening its manufacturing leadership as the company continues to focus on operational excellence and sustainable growth in India.

In his new role, Doneria will lead manufacturing operations at P&G’s Ahmedabad facility, overseeing production, engineering, safety, quality, supply chain coordination, and workforce development. He will also be responsible for driving operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and innovation across the plant.

Doneria brings more than 15 years of experience in manufacturing and operations leadership. Throughout his career at Procter & Gamble, he has held several leadership positions across plant operations, engineering, production management, and supply chain, successfully delivering productivity improvements, capability building, and operational transformation initiatives.

His appointment reflects P&G’s continued commitment to strengthening internal leadership while investing in world-class manufacturing capabilities.
