Mahyco Appoints Ashish Jehurkar as Head of Human Resources

Before joining Mahyco, Jehurkar concluded an almost 26-year tenure at Sterlite Technologies, where he held several senior HR leadership roles, including Head of HR for India and China and Business HR Head. He is also recognized for driving organizational change programs, implementing technology-enabled HR solutions, and contributing to employee experience and workplace culture initiatives. His work helped strengthen leadership pipelines and support large-scale business transformation efforts across multiple geographies.
