Share Lotus Herbals has appointed Avantika Tripathi as Head – Human Resources, marking a key addition to its leadership team as the company focuses on strengthening its people strategy and organisational capabilities. Tripathi joins from Unilever, where she most recently served as Country Supply Chain HR Business Partner and Employee Relations Lead for the Ice Cream business unit. Her transition reflects a strong blend of operational HR expertise and strategic leadership across large-scale consumer businesses. In her new role, she will lead HR initiatives at Lotus Herbals with a focus on inclusive growth, digital-led HR practices, culture building, and creating a future-ready organisation aligned with the company’s expansion plans. Tripathi brings over a decade of experience across leading organisations. She spent more than ten years at Bisleri International, where she progressed through multiple roles from HR executive to Regional Manager – HR for North India, leading initiatives in talent management, employee engagement, diversity, and change management. She later joined United Breweries as Unit HR Head – HRBP, where she handled talent acquisition, stakeholder management, performance systems, and sales HR. Her career also includes early experience at Radiohms Agencies (Nippo Batteries), where she began her journey as an HR officer. With a strong track record across FMCG and consumer-focused organisations, Tripathi is expected to play a key role in shaping Lotus Herbals’ people agenda, supporting business growth, and building a high-performance, inclusive workplace culture.
