Share Myntra has announced a leadership transition with Sharon Pais taking over as Head, following the exit of Nandita Sinha. The appointment comes as part of a broader leadership reshuffle within the Flipkart Group. Pais assumes the role with immediate effect and will report to Flipkart Group CEO Kalyan Krishnamurthy. Having previously served as Myntra’s Chief Business Officer and later leading Flipkart’s fashion division, she brings deep familiarity with the business and its growth strategy. Nandita Sinha, who has led Myntra since 2022, will continue in an advisory capacity over the coming months to ensure a smooth transition and continuity of key initiatives. During her tenure, Myntra achieved a significant milestone by reporting its first profitable fiscal year. The company’s profit surged to ₹548 crore in FY25, up from ₹30 crore in FY24, while revenue grew 18% to ₹6,042.7 crore. Pais steps into the role at a time when the company is focusing on evolving consumer expectations and rapid commerce. A key priority will be scaling Myntra’s quick delivery service, M-Now, which offers deliveries within 30 to 60 minutes. Launched in November 2024, the service is currently operational in 10 cities, covering over 940 pin codes and offering around 100,000 styles from more than 1,000 brands. M-Now has already shown strong traction, contributing approximately 10% of total orders in active markets as of late 2025. The company expects this share to increase as the service expands further, driven by rising demand for immediacy in fashion purchases, particularly for occasion-based buying. Pais highlighted that consumer demand in the fashion segment remains resilient despite broader pressures on discretionary spending. She emphasised the growing importance of speed, convenience, and curated offerings in shaping the next phase of growth. As part of the wider organisational changes, Kapil Thirani will lead Flipkart Fashion, reporting to Sakait Chaudhary, while the company has initiated the search for a new head for its marketplace business. With strong profitability momentum, a growing rapid delivery model, and leadership continuity, Myntra is positioned to build on its market leadership in India’s fashion e-commerce space under Pais’s leadership.
