L’Oréal India has appointed Nandini Bhalla as Head of Human Resources for its Dermatological Beauty division, reinforcing its leadership team as the company continues to expand its presence in India’s rapidly growing science-backed skincare and dermocosmetics market.

In her new role, Bhalla will lead the people agenda for the Dermatological Beauty business, driving talent strategy, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, culture, and workforce capability. Her appointment aligns with L’Oréal’s broader focus on building a future-ready organization that can support the division’s continued growth in India.

Bhalla brings nearly two decades of experience in human resources across the consumer goods, retail, and beauty industries. Since joining L’Oréal India in 2019, she has held several HR leadership roles, contributing to talent development, business partnering, organizational transformation, and leadership capability initiatives. Prior to L’Oréal, she worked with Nykaa, ICICI Bank, and ABB, where she gained extensive experience in employee engagement, organizational design, and people strategy.

L’Oréal’s Dermatological Beauty division has become one of the company’s fastest-growing businesses globally, driven by increasing consumer demand for dermatologist-recommended and science-backed skincare solutions. Strengthening HR leadership reflects the company’s commitment to building organizational capability alongside business expansion.

With Nandini Bhalla leading the HR function, L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty India is expected to further strengthen its leadership pipeline, nurture high-performing teams, and foster a culture of innovation and growth as it continues to scale its presence in the Indian market.
