L Catterton Appoints Chetan Naik as Managing Director

L Catterton has appointed Chetan Naik as Managing Director, reinforcing its leadership team in India as the global consumer-focused investment firm continues to deepen its presence in one of its fastest-growing markets. Based in Mumbai, Naik will work alongside India Executive Chairman Sanjiv Mehta, Partner Vikram Kumaraswamy, and the firm’s global leadership team to strengthen its investment platform and identify high-potential consumer businesses across the country.

Naik joins L Catterton with nearly two decades of experience in private equity, venture growth, and finance. Most recently, he served at 360 ONE Asset, where he led investments in consumer and consumer technology businesses spanning beauty and personal care, fashion, packaged food and beverages, food delivery, health and wellness, quick commerce, restaurants, cloud kitchens, and digital platforms. Throughout his career, he has partnered with founders and management teams to help build category-leading businesses while delivering multiple successful investment exits.

The appointment comes as L Catterton increases its focus on India’s rapidly evolving consumer market.
