Hocco has elevated Roli Shrivastava to the role of Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), reinforcing its leadership team as the company accelerates growth across its expanding portfolio of food and dessert brands.

In her new role, Shrivastava will oversee the overall marketing strategy for Hocco Ice Creams, Hocco Restaurants, Hocco Eateries, Hocco Foods, and Huber & Holly Ice Creams. She will be responsible for driving brand positioning, consumer engagement, creative campaigns, and long-term marketing strategy across the company’s businesses.

Shrivastava joined Hocco in 2018 as General Manager – Marketing and has steadily progressed through leadership positions including Assistant Vice President and Vice President of Marketing before being elevated to CMO. During her tenure, she has played a key role in establishing Hocco Ice Creams as a leading consumer brand and has led several successful campaigns, including Hocco Aamchi, the Haldiram’s Barfi Ice Cream collaboration, Hocco LEEMO, and Hocco Bun Maska BIX.

Before joining Hocco, Shrivastava held marketing leadership roles at Zomato and Snapdeal and started her professional journey at Airtel. She brings over 14 years of experience in brand strategy, consumer marketing, and business growth across consumer-facing industries.

Her elevation reflects Hocco’s commitment to nurturing internal leadership while strengthening its marketing capabilities. As Chief Marketing Officer, Roli Shrivastava is expected to play a central role in expanding the company’s brand portfolio, deepening consumer connections, and supporting Hocco’s continued growth in India’s highly competitive food and frozen desserts market.
