Golyan Group has appointed Anushree Tamrakar as Head of Human Resources, elevating an experienced internal leader to drive the company’s people agenda and organizational transformation.

In her new role, Tamrakar will oversee the Group’s human resources strategy, with a focus on leadership development, talent management, organizational culture, employee engagement, and workforce capability. Her appointment reflects the company’s continued investment in building a high-performing organization that supports long-term business growth.

Tamrakar brings nearly two decades of experience in human resources, business partnering, and organizational development. Before her elevation, she served as General Manager – Human Resources at Golyan Group, where she played a key role in strengthening the company’s HR function and advancing strategic people initiatives.

Prior to joining Golyan Group, she worked as HR Strategic Business Partner at Coca-Cola Beverages Nepal, partnering with business leaders on workforce planning and talent initiatives. She also served as an independent HR consultant and spent more than 12 years at Huawei, progressing through senior HR leadership roles where she led organization design, compensation and benefits, talent management, employee engagement, and HR transformation. She began her professional career at Laxmi Sunrise Bank before transitioning into human resources.

Headquartered in Kathmandu, Golyan Group is one of Nepal’s largest diversified business conglomerates, operating across multiple industries with a workforce of over 10,000 employees. As Head of HR, Tamrakar is expected to play a pivotal role in strengthening leadership capability, nurturing talent, and building a future-ready workforce that supports the Group’s continued growth and innovation.
