Godrej Agrovet Appoints Gaurav Pande as CEO of Creamline Dairy

Godrej Agrovet has appointed Gaurav Pande as Chief Executive Officer of Creamline Dairy Products Limited, strengthening the leadership of its dairy business as the company accelerates its growth strategy in one of India’s fastest-growing consumer segments.

As CEO, Pande will lead Creamline Dairy’s next phase of growth by strengthening market leadership, driving business transformation, accelerating innovation, and expanding the reach of the Godrej Jersey brand across key markets in South India. The appointment reflects Godrej Agrovet’s continued focus on building a future-ready dairy business centred on quality, operational excellence, and consumer-led innovation.

Gaurav Pande brings more than 22 years of experience across the food, quick-service restaurant (QSR), consumer goods, and technology sectors. Prior to joining Creamline Dairy, he held senior leadership positions at Jubilant FoodWorks, Rebel Foods, and Samsung India, where he was responsible for business strategy, market expansion, customer growth, and brand development. His diverse experience in scaling consumer businesses is expected to support Creamline Dairy’s long-term growth ambitions.
