Everest Industries Appoints Dr. Ujjal Bhattacharjee as Chief Human Resources Officer

Everest Industries has appointed Dr. Ujjal Bhattacharjee as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), strengthening its leadership team as the company focuses on accelerating growth, organisational transformation, and people excellence.

As CHRO, Dr. Bhattacharjee will lead Everest Industries’ human resources function, driving initiatives across talent management, leadership development, organisational effectiveness, employee engagement, and culture transformation. Dr. Bhattacharjee brings more than two decades of experience in human resources across manufacturing, engineering, automotive, and consumer businesses. Prior to joining Everest Industries, he held leadership roles at Hindalco Industries, Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail, Tata AutoComp Systems, and SKF India, where he led strategic HR initiatives covering organisational development, industrial relations, talent acquisition, leadership capability building, and business transformation.
