A seasoned HR leader with nearly four decades of experience, Vinay Bassi has built an extensive career spanning human resources, industrial relations, talent management, organisational transformation, and HR operations across multiple industries. Since joining Cipla in 2020 as Vice President & Head – HR Tech and Operations, he has been instrumental in modernising HR systems, improving operational efficiency, and implementing technology-driven people solutions that have strengthened the organisation’s HR capabilities.
