Capri Global Capital has appointed Ignatius Kaitha as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), reinforcing its leadership team as the company continues to expand its presence in India’s financial services sector.

As CHRO, Kaitha will lead the company’s human resources function, overseeing talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and people strategy. His appointment comes at a time when Capri Global Capital is scaling its operations and investing in building a future-ready workforce to support its long-term growth ambitions.

Kaitha brings more than 20 years of experience in human resources, with deep expertise in the banking and financial services industry. Before joining Capri Global Capital, he served as Executive Vice President & Head – HR (Consumer Banking) at IndusInd Bank, where he led the people strategy for a workforce of over 30,000 employees across multiple business verticals. During his 15-year tenure at the bank, he held several senior HR leadership positions and played a key role in HR transformation, leadership development, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and change management.

Earlier in his career, Kaitha held leadership roles at HSBC and Stream Global Services, building extensive experience in workforce planning, organizational development, and HR business partnering. He holds an MBA from SP Jain School of Global Management and is widely recognized for driving people-centric transformation in large organizations.

His appointment reflects Capri Global Capital’s continued investment in strengthening its leadership team as it expands across lending businesses, including home finance, MSME lending, affordable housing, and gold loans. With Ignatius Kaitha leading the HR function, the company aims to build a high-performance culture while accelerating talent development and organizational growth.
