Onida Appoints Gunjan Srivastava as CEO & Managing Director

Onida Electronics has appointed Gunjan Srivastava as its Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, marking a significant leadership transition as the company embarks on a new phase of strategic growth and organizational transformation.

The appointment is part of a broader leadership reshuffle that also includes the induction of Nitin Kumar as Chief Financial Officer and multiple changes to the company’s Board of Directors. Gunjan Srivastava brings more than 30 years of experience in technology, consulting, and digital transformation. Prior to joining Onida, he spent over two decades at Infosys, where he held several senior leadership positions, including Executive Vice President and Global Head of the Financial Services & Insurance business. During his career, he has led large-scale business transformation, digital modernization, and technology-driven growth initiatives for global enterprises. He has also held leadership roles at IBM and served as CEO of a digital transformation venture.

As CEO and Managing Director, Srivastava will focus on driving business expansion, strengthening innovation, accelerating digital capabilities, and enhancing customer experience across Onida’s product portfolio. His appointment reflects the company’s ambition to modernize its operations while reinforcing its position in the evolving consumer electronics landscape.
