YES BANK Appoints Ruchita Amey Kadu as VP – Employee Relations & HR Compliance

YES BANK has appointed Ruchita Amey Kadu as Vice President – Employee Relations & HR Compliance (West), reinforcing its commitment to building a strong, compliant, and employee-centric workplace.

In her new role, Kadu will lead employee relations and HR compliance across the bank’s western region. She will be responsible for strengthening workplace governance, implementing people policies, ensuring regulatory compliance, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting a culture built on trust, transparency, and accountability.

Kadu brings more than 16 years of experience across employee relations, industrial relations, HR compliance, workforce management, and people operations. Before joining YES BANK, she served as Chief Manager – Employee Relations at Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance, where she led initiatives to strengthen employee relations frameworks and reinforce HR governance.

Earlier in her career, she held key HR leadership roles at Mahindra Finance, Bisleri International, Reliance Retail, and NSD Global Trade. Throughout her professional journey, she has built extensive expertise in workplace governance, labour compliance, conflict resolution, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

Her appointment reflects YES BANK’s continued investment in strengthening its people leadership as the organization focuses on building a compliant, inclusive, and high-performing workplace. With Ruchita Amey Kadu leading employee relations and HR compliance in the western region, the bank aims to further enhance employee experience while maintaining strong governance and people-first HR practices.
