Vedanta Limited Appoints Pallavi Bhatia as CHRO for Aluminium Business

Vedanta Limited has appointed Pallavi Bhatia as the Chief Human Resources Officer for its Aluminium Business, reinforcing its leadership team with experienced HR expertise.

Bhatia brings close to two decades of experience in human resources, having worked across diverse industries and organisations. In her new role, she will be responsible for driving the people strategy, strengthening organisational capabilities, and supporting business growth within Vedanta’s Aluminium division.

Prior to joining Vedanta, she served as Regional Human Resources Manager at Pernod Ricard, where she played a key role in managing HR functions across regions. Her professional journey also includes stints at organisations such as Minova Runaya, Goodyear India, ATG Tyre, Cavendish Industries, and Birla Tyres, where she gained extensive experience in HR leadership across manufacturing and industrial sectors.

Bhatia holds an MBA in HR and Marketing from Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University, further strengthening her foundation in strategic human resource management.

Her appointment reflects Vedanta’s focus on strengthening its leadership pipeline and aligning its people strategy with business objectives, particularly in its Aluminium segment, which continues to be a key growth driver for the company.
