Tata Digital has appointed Snigdha Singh as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective July 1, 2026, reinforcing its leadership team as the company accelerates its digital transformation and strengthens its focus on financial services through the Tata Neu ecosystem.

Reporting directly to CEO and Managing Director Sajith Sivanandan, Singh joins the Executive Leadership Team and will lead Tata Digital’s end-to-end people strategy. Her responsibilities include talent management, workforce planning, organisational effectiveness, leadership development, employee experience, culture, and transformation initiatives designed to support the company’s next phase of growth.

Before joining Tata Digital, Singh served as Vice President – Human Resources at Tata Consumer Products, where she led organisation effectiveness, culture, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and employee relations. Prior to that, she spent nearly five years at OYO, holding multiple leadership positions, including Vice President – Human Resources, where she led Global Rewards and Mobility across several international markets. Earlier in her career, she also worked with Cipla, Procter & Gamble, and Tata Motors, building extensive expertise in strategic HR, organisational capability, and business transformation.

With more than 15 years of HR leadership experience, Singh is expected to play a key role in strengthening leadership capability, developing future-ready talent, fostering an agile and innovation-led culture, and aligning Tata Digital’s people strategy with its evolving business priorities. Her appointment also makes her one of the youngest C-suite executives within Tata Group’s digital business.

The appointment reflects Tata Digital’s continued investment in leadership as it expands its digital ecosystem and builds scalable capabilities to drive long-term growth across e-commerce, fintech, loyalty, and digital consumer experiences.
