Hyper has appointed Vineet Gambhir as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), reinforcing its leadership team as the company accelerates growth in India’s fast-evolving electric mobility sector.

As CHRO, Gambhir will lead Hyper’s people strategy, overseeing talent acquisition, leadership development, organisational design, employee engagement, culture, and capability building. His mandate will focus on creating a scalable, high-performance organisation capable of supporting the company’s ambitious expansion plans.

Gambhir brings nearly two decades of experience in strategic human resources across mobility, automotive, technology, telecommunications, and consumer businesses. Prior to joining Hyper, he held senior HR leadership roles at Ather Energy, CARS24, OYO, and Bharti Airtel, where he led large-scale talent transformation, organisational development, and workforce planning initiatives.

His appointment comes at a time when India’s electric vehicle ecosystem is witnessing rapid growth, increasing demand for skilled talent, and heightened competition for leadership capabilities. Hyper aims to strengthen its organisational foundations by investing in people, leadership, and culture as it scales its business.

With Vineet Gambhir joining the executive leadership team, Hyper is expected to further enhance its people capabilities while building a future-ready workforce that supports innovation, operational excellence, and long-term sustainable growth in the electric mobility industry.
