Share Priceline has appointed Kritya Srinivasan as Director – People & Culture, strengthening its HR leadership as it continues to build a strong people-centric organisation. Srinivasan announced her new role on LinkedIn, marking a transition from Quantiphi, where she served as Associate Leader – Culture & People Partner. In her new position, she will focus on driving people strategy, enhancing organisational culture, and supporting talent development initiatives. With around 13 years of experience in human resources, she brings expertise across people partnering, culture building, and organisational development. Over the course of her career, she has worked with organisations such as Essar and Ranbaxy, gaining exposure to diverse industries and HR practices. Her appointment reflects Priceline’s continued focus on strengthening its people and culture function as organisations increasingly prioritise employee experience and organisational effectiveness as key drivers of growth. Srinivasan holds an MBA in Human Resources from Kohinoor Business School, Mumbai, and is expected to play a key role in shaping Priceline’s people agenda going forward.
