Based in Gurugram, she will also work on developing scalable HR systems and strengthening organisational capability as the company continues to evolve. Saxena joins Origen Realty with experience across real estate, education, and business transformation-focused organisations. Prior to this appointment, she held leadership positions at DLF, Tribeca Creators, Talentedge, and M3M India. Throughout her career, she has contributed to initiatives related to organisational alignment, talent development, leadership integration, HR transformation, and workforce readiness during phases of rapid business growth. Her experience also includes supporting business expansion efforts and enhancing collaboration across teams during periods of structural change.
