Origen Realty Appoints Ankita Saxena as Head – People & Culture

Origen Realty has named Ankita Saxena as Head – People & Culture, as the company strengthens its leadership framework to support long-term business expansion and organisational development.

In her new role, Saxena will oversee people strategy, employee engagement, talent management, and culture-building initiatives aimed at creating a more agile and growth-oriented workplace environment. Based in Gurugram, she will also work on developing scalable HR systems and strengthening organisational capability as the company continues to evolve.

Saxena joins Origen Realty with experience across real estate, education, and business transformation-focused organisations. Prior to this appointment, she held leadership positions at DLF, Tribeca Creators, Talentedge, and M3M India.

Throughout her career, she has contributed to initiatives related to organisational alignment, talent development, leadership integration, HR transformation, and workforce readiness during phases of rapid business growth. Her experience also includes supporting business expansion efforts and enhancing collaboration across teams during periods of structural change.

The management at Origen Realty said the appointment aligns with the company’s emphasis on building a culture driven by collaboration, continuous learning, and long-term value creation.
