Known for building strategic hiring frameworks and scaling high-performing teams, Handa brings extensive expertise in leadership hiring, workforce planning, employer branding, AI-enabled recruitment processes, and technology talent acquisition. Before joining Nike, she served as Talent Acquisition Manager at Xactly Corp, where she led hiring strategy across technology, product, sales, operations, and business functions. Her role involved workforce forecasting, recruitment analytics, employer branding, and integrating AI-driven initiatives to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience. Earlier, she worked at Khoros as Manager – Talent Acquisition for APAC and EMEA, where she managed strategic technical hiring and leadership recruitment initiatives across multiple international markets. Handa has also held talent acquisition leadership positions at Thoughtworks, Walmart, Publicis Sapient, and OYO, leading hiring for engineering, product, data science, design, and executive-level technology roles. During her career, she has worked extensively on competency-based hiring, executive search, strategic recruitment planning, campus hiring, and building passive talent pipelines across high-growth technology environments. Her earlier experience also includes roles at Gemalto and Snap On Business Solutions, where she managed end-to-end technical recruitment and stakeholder engagement across multiple business functions. At Nike India Technology Center, Handa is expected to focus on strengthening talent acquisition strategy, scaling technology hiring, enhancing employer branding, and building future-ready recruitment processes to support the company’s growing innovation and engineering ecosystem in India.
