Seth has held several strategic positions at Fractal, working across go-to-market, products, growth and strategic initiatives. His expanded role brings together his experience in enterprise AI, business strategy and client engagement as he takes on responsibility for the company’s India business.

Seth has been part of Fractal’s leadership team across multiple roles.

Before his latest elevation, he served as Sr. Director – GTM, Products, Growth & Strategic Initiatives for APAC, India and GCCs. He previously held the position of Director at the organisation.

During his time with Fractal, Seth has contributed to initiatives spanning business growth, go-to-market strategy, enterprise AI and strategic business development.

His roles included Global Client Partner & Lead Strategic Initiatives, Account Manager, Solution Architect & Relationship Manager, Solution Architect & Engagement Manager, as well as Pre-Sales and Solutions Lead.

The breadth of these assignments gave him exposure to enterprise technology, solution architecture, strategic accounts, pre-sales and business relationships.

Earlier, he began his professional career with State Bank of India as a Management Trainee – Business Development Manager.
