Share Atain, formerly known as IGT Solutions, has appointed Gurjeet Singh as Senior Vice President and Global Head – Talent Acquisition, reinforcing the company’s leadership team as it continues expanding its global talent and delivery capabilities. Singh announced the development through a LinkedIn post, expressing enthusiasm about joining the organisation and collaborating on its next phase of growth. He joins Atain from Tech Mahindra Business Process Services, where he served as Talent Acquisition Head for India, the United Kingdom, and the European Union. During his tenure, he led large-scale hiring initiatives and talent strategies across multiple geographies, supporting workforce expansion and business growth. Over the course of his career, Singh has built deep expertise in recruitment strategy, leadership hiring, workforce planning, and talent operations across the technology, healthcare, BPM, and customer experience sectors. Before Tech Mahindra Business Process Services, he held leadership positions at IKS Health, Concentrix, Edifecs, iYogi, and Wipro, where he worked on talent acquisition transformation, high-volume hiring, and strategic workforce scaling initiatives. Atain has been strengthening its global operations and talent ecosystem as organisations increasingly invest in digital transformation, customer experience, and technology-enabled services. Singh’s appointment aligns with the company’s continued focus on building scalable talent pipelines and enhancing recruitment capabilities across international markets. He holds an MBA from Suresh Gyan Vihar University and a Diploma in Electronics, Radio & Communication from Delhi Technological University.
