The findings highlight the transformative economic impact of large-scale digital infrastructure investments beyond the technology sector.

Alongside employment generation, the report estimates that the growing data centre ecosystem will fuel demand for nearly 2.33 crore square feet of residential real estate as professionals and supporting industries expand in the region. The development is expected to strengthen Vizag’s urban infrastructure while creating new opportunities across housing, commercial real estate, and local businesses.
