Michael Page has announced the elevation of Sonam Bhatia to the role of Talent Acquisition Head – India, recognizing her extensive contribution to the organization’s talent strategy and hiring excellence.

Before joining Michael Page, she held multiple HR leadership positions at Experion Developers and also gained experience with EY, Whirlpool India, and American Express. Her diverse background has equipped her with expertise across talent management, HR business partnering, organizational development, employee engagement, and strategic workforce planning.

In her new role, Bhatia will lead talent acquisition efforts across India, focusing on attracting top talent, enhancing employer brand positioning, and supporting the company’s long-term growth objectives.
