Share Mankind Pharma has appointed Nilesh Kulkarni as Group Head – Human Resources as part of a strategic restructuring of its HR leadership framework. The appointment became effective on June 8, 2026, with Kulkarni also being designated as a Senior Management Personnel (SMP). The move is aimed at strengthening the company’s people strategy and organizational capabilities as it continues its growth journey. Kulkarni brings more than 25 years of experience in human resources leadership, with expertise spanning organizational transformation, talent management, succession planning, learning and development, M&A integration, and organization design. Prior to this role, he spent over six years as Chief Human Resources Officer at Bharat Serums and Vaccines (BSV), a wholly owned subsidiary of Mankind Pharma. Over the course of his career, he has held key HR leadership positions at Novo Nordisk, Roche, Novartis, and Sanofi across India, South Asia, and international markets. He is recognized for building high-performance cultures and leading workforce transformation initiatives that support business growth and organizational effectiveness. As Group HR Head, Kulkarni will oversee human resource functions across the Mankind Pharma Group, focusing on talent strategy, leadership development, organizational design, and workforce capability building. His appointment reflects the company’s continued investment in strengthening leadership and people practices across its expanding business portfolio.
